Requirements
- 3+ years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field.
- Previous experience in Process Improvement/agile product development OR 2+ years’ experience in a Retail pharmacy setting
- Structured & Logical Thinking: The ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success.
- Process oriented: The ability to comprehend and assess complex processes and workflows to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement that impact the professional practice of our store-level pharmacy teams.
- Passion for Health Care: A history of work in the health care industry and an ongoing desire to make one of the world’s strongest health care companies even stronger.
- Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to travel based upon team needs, up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and apply knowledge and data-driven insights to identify and solve business problems.
- Design workflow changes (ex. Process flows), define system requirements, and lead testing.
- Collaborate cross functionally with leaders and colleagues’ enterprise wide to solution, implement, and drive results.
- Prepare and deliver materials/presentations for multiple audiences who may not have the same background and expertise.

- Advanced working knowledge of pharmacy workflow
- Knowledge of change management techniques and Lean Six Sigma
- Experience leading others (either directly or indirectly) and setting direction.
- Excellent relationship management, team building, and collaboration within complex organizations
- Navigate ambiguity and change to achieve goals despite potential obstacles.
