Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent functional experience in lieu of degree.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Producer or similar role in a commercial setting or preferably Fortune 500 Company.
Responsibilities
- Upholds the established brand standards across all product categories and within art direction as provided by the Management team.
- Develop content solutions across multiple content types by understanding the product categories and key competitors.
- Collaborates with all Enterprise Teams including Branding, Marketing, Advertising, Packaging and Online to reconcile the vision and objectives for each project, ensuring that content aligns with Brand guidelines and Marketing strategies.
- Ensures that quality and brand standards are met, and content solutions are provided in a way that will resonate with the consumer and facilitate the buying process.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to comprehend product features and category requirements.
- Serves as content lead for assigned product categories and acts as an escalation point for production issue resolution.
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external global teams (e.g., category management, product vendors and photography studios). Ensures that assigned project individuals/teams maintain appropriate timelines and workload balance.
- Understands, anticipates, and defines project plans for executing within timeline and product sample constraints.
- Provides creative recommendations regarding execution strategies and potential solutions for the content studio projects.
- Actively manages schedules, shot lists, merchandise tracking, and budgets from pre-production through post-production.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Fortune 500 Company preferred.
