Requirements
- MD/DO
- BC/BE Psychiatry
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Michigan Medical License (ability to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Lead all sections within the adult division
- Maintain a clinical practice and lead the team
- Partner with the director of operations on division strategy
- Demonstrate personal character and uphold the Code of Excellence
- Ensure clinical performance and develop evidence-based care approaches
- Communicate a clear vision and align performance with community needs
- Build collaborative relationships and empower colleagues
- Achieve focused growth of the Division in alignment with the Medical Group strategic plan
- Participate in development of an annually updated Department strategic plan
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement a Division Annual Plan for physician leadership development
- Ensure the Division adopts robust measurements of patients’ perception of care
- Establish the Five Year Forecast and Annual Plan of financial performance goals
