Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the master program schedule by consolidating individual project plans across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
- Identify, track, and manage key interdependencies across scope, resourcing, and delivery timelines — including those from third-party suppliers.
- Continuously analyze and update the program’s critical path to proactively flag delays, conflicts, and timeline risks.
- Work closely with project managers, business leads, technology teams, and vendor partners to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- Support PMO planning standards, change control processes, and milestone tracking to ensure consistent and disciplined delivery.
- Use planning tools such as MS Project, Clarity, to manage timelines and enable executive-level visibility.
