Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Four (4) years of experience as an electrician, millwright, plumber, locksmith, or journeyman
Responsibilities
- Recognize required needs, repairs, adjustments, or replacement of equipment, perform routine to complex maintenance and repair work on all mechanical and electrical equipment and systems throughout the property.
- Operate power and hand tools to complete job assignments in a timely manner, able to use diagnostic tools, such as but not limited to: Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM meters, compound gauges and pressure gauges etc. to find and determine source of power and gas issues using voltmeter or gauges.
- Read and understand blue prints and wiring schematics to install and work on electrical components, understand the layout of the property, hotel rooms, and equipment.
- Advise management of any unusual conditions and perform all assigned duties during emergency situations.
