Requirements
- Project management experience in a professional or academic setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project, or other project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain team project plans, schedules, track project progress and performance against the project goals and target dates.
- Report and present the project status, milestones, achievements, and challenges to management regularly.
- Assist Platform Management team with scheduling meetings, keeping minutes, and tracking of follow up actions.
- Assist with infrastructure procurement including ordering and tracking of purchases.
- Perform entry to intermediate data analysis across a variety of sources and use cases.
