Requirements

Responsibilities
- Research and analyze current and proposed policies, regulations, and legislation to provide recommendations for development and improvement.
- Evaluating business processes and anticipating requirements.
- Uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.
- Analyzing business needs and requirements to understand the business impact of changes.
- Designing, testing, and implementing solutions that meet business needs and align with agency strategy.
- Eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders.
- Collaborating with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
- Clearly identifying project stakeholders and establishing customer classes and their characteristics.
- Negotiates plans and timeframes, ensuring that clients understand the anticipated result.
- Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation.
- Produces reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.
- Maintains and ensures proper documentation.
