Requirements
- Bilingual language skills: native speaker fluency in the target language and excellent English proficiency skills.
- 2-4 years of experience working with digital video.
- Possess a thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio.
- Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system playback issues and identify trends to propose short and long-term solutions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and troubleshoot video content for TV shows and movies to ensure they are free of errors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity with their product offerings.
