Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop advanced genomic tools to enhance capabilities in annotating TEs and repetitive sequences
- Minimize false discoveries in de novo TE annotation
- Adapt existing TE annotation methods for diverse species
- Integrate cutting-edge methods for comprehensive TE annotations
- Advance tools for pan-genome TE annotations
- Enhance computational performance and usability of existing tools
- Write manuscripts for scientific journals
- Present findings at conferences and collaborators
Preferred Qualifications
