Power BI Specialist/Trainer

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with Power BI required.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language. Experience with SQL and data modeling required.
Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
Willingness to train and guide others in the use of Power BI.
Strong organization and ability to perform services efficiently and within budgets and schedules.
Willingness to be flexible with variable work shifts during the work week.
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
Ensure data models are optimized for performance and usability.
Communicate project status, cost performance, and schedule updates to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision making.
Implement integrated project controls methodologies to effectively align cost and schedule management efforts.
Attend a variety of project meetings with project stakeholders to track and solve cost and schedule management issues.
Manage change order processes and assess impacts on project costs and schedules.
Participate in development of project estimates, budgets, forecasts, estimates to complete, and cost trends.
Work under the direction of the Corporate Innovation team on a variety of corporate application projects and engineering consultant support projects.
Other tasks as needed.
