Requirements

- SPC training with Minitab statistics package software

- Creating supporting documentation supporting the A.I.A.G. Production Part Approval Process handbook requirements
Responsibilities
- Understanding Customer Specific Requirements for PPAP submission for FOX O.E.M. customers.
- Support the submission of all elements of PPAP per the A.I.A.G. Production Part Approval Process handbook.
- Provides information required to support the Quality Engineers in their O.E.M. customer submissions.
- Apply statistical process controls to performance characteristics and production processes to meet customers critical characteristic requirements.
- Analyze data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
