Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in PR, Communications, or a related field, with a proven track record in press office management and media relations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- High attention to detail and creative sensitivity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strong team player with a multicultural mindset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Ability to manage unexpected communications challenges with professionalism and composure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a fast-paced press office, developing and securing approvals for news releases, media advisories, fact sheets, and related materials.
- Create and curate compelling content across paid, earned, and owned media channels, ensuring alignment with Fever’s communication strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and key media contacts, securing regular opportunities for Fever’s leadership to engage with the press.
- Plan and coordinate press and influencer events to maximize visibility and brand impact.
- Navigate and manage complex, fast-moving communications challenges with professionalism and strategic thinking.
- Select, train, and accompany spokespeople for media engagements, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Conduct research, performance reviews, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Maintain active communication with journalists, respond to media inquiries, and proactively pitch stories to media outlets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
