Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand GHJ Search & Staffing’s presence in San Jose and the Bay Area.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, CFOs, and executives in accounting & finance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and business development professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on client service, collaboration, and results.
- Provide strategic direction and support to ensure team success.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and follow-up.
- Ensure exceptional client service by understanding hiring needs and delivering high-quality candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide market insights to clients and candidates.
- Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and operational efficiencies for the San Jose office.
- Collaborate with GHJ leadership to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company policies.
