Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership/management role.
• Experience in the animal health field appreciated.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to use critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions.
• Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, payroll, and cost management.
• Knowledge of practice management software and office systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of practice staff, including healthcare providers and administrative personnel.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows and quality patient care. Monitor and improve internal processes for better efficiency.
• Ensure practice profitability by overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and ensure effective communication. Address client concerns and manage relationships.
• Ensure that the practice complies with all regulatory agencies and state laws and maintains accurate records.
• Oversee the procurement and management of office and medical supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new patients and retain existing clients. Promote the practice within the community.
