Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and lease origination software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Review lease files for completeness and accuracy prior to funding
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Communicate with Management to resolve any issues or discrepancies in lease files
- Manage lease pipeline to ensure leases are funded on time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease files and documentation
- Assist with post-closing quality control and audit reviews
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM software
- Financial Services and/or leasing experience
