Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited organization required, a focus in finance, economics, business administration, or related field strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a Pricing Analyst or in a similar analytical role across various industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, or Python), Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, contract management, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexibly across multiple time zones as needed.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze contract cost ratios and pricing trends for products and services across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate pricing strategies and insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive actions to inform pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and marketing, to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies that optimize profit margins and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and revise pricing policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and compliant with industry standard.
  • Reviewing and analyzing existing contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings and pricing improvements.
  • Ensure that contract terms are competitive and aligned with market conditions.
  • Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments, as necessary.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate pricing performance and profitability.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience working as a pricing analyst for consulting firms, or contract pharmaceutical organizations a plus.
