Requirements
- 8+ years experience in developing cost proposals and/or financial operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience developing cost/pricing volumes for IT services contracts at the federal government level
- Familiar with Federal government regulations relating to contracting such as FAR, DFAR, and CASB
- Experience working with the DCAA
Responsibilities
- Develop the cost and pricing volume for proposal bids on government contracts
- Collect and analyze competitive cost data through salary surveys, reviewing actual employee salaries, and contract rates
- Develop bid strategies
- Prepare cost models to demonstrate pricing strategy
- Develop modeling templates to assist with future bids
- Interact with prime or sub contractors to ensure pricing strategies are streamline among team members
