Proficient in translating complex data strategies into compelling narratives that drive decision-making.
Expertise and experience in data governance, privacy, security, and risk management practices and can influence setting future state frameworks.
Demonstrated understanding of Data Analytics platforms and practices, particularly related to industry trends. Skilled in utilizing data visualization techniques to present insights in a storytelling format.
Experienced in developing high-quality presentations using PowerPoint to clearly communicate key messages.
Demonstrated expertise in communicating intricate topics effectively to varied stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Experienced in analyzing data to provide compelling recommendations that drive decision outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex, long-term projects involving multiple teams across the organization.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing platforms (i.e. Snowflake)
BA/BS or Master’s in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Managements, Operational Research or related field; 5-7+ years of experience working in data analytics, data governance, strategic or business planning, project management, and/or technical data management.

Set a data strategy vision by looking outward to understanding emerging trends and business needs.
Develop an enablement strategy to deliver value-driven use cases aligned to business needs.
Develop a maturity strategy focused on advancing data fundamentals. The initial focus of this role will be to develop a strategy to advance in risk management and data privacy. Other strategic projects will be assigned as needed.
Update and present to senior leaders and executives to align on the vision and data impact.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the data strategy.
Communicate the data strategy and its progress to stakeholders to gain buy-in.
Lead and oversee the execution of large-scale data initiatives and projects.
Partner with product owners, analysts, and engineers to enable strategic initiatives.
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization to encourage data literacy and data-driven decisions.
Champion data initiatives and secure support from stakeholders at all levels.
