Requirements
- United States Citizenship – All candidates MUST be US Citizens and eligible for a US-government issued security clearance of Top Secret or higher
- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
- Eight (8) plus years of hands-on engineering experience in Deep Learning with a focus on developing computer vision applications and natural language processing (NLP)
Responsibilities
- Work with state-of-the-art large multi-modal models as applied to image and language processing
- Use knowledge of foundation models to customize and finetune downstream models that solve specific tasks
- Seek novel techniques to assess model robustness and counter-AI vulnerabilities of foundation models
- Dive into models with complex architectures and modify them to use cases
- Stay abreast of advances in Large Language Models (LLMs), Large Vision Models (LVMs), Large Vision Language Models (LVLMs), and other foundation models
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret US Government security clearance (must be eligible to upgrade to TS/SCI)
