Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex technical project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, and business cases
- Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage multiple interrelated projects or strategic programs
- Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, and control to ensure project adherence to timelines and budgets
- Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors, and coordinate with stakeholders to align project deliverables with business requirements
- Ensure project compliance with industry standards and company policies, implement quality assurance processes, and utilize Scrum or Agile techniques for team collaboration and backlog management
- Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies
- Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions
- Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues
- Leads large, high-value, complex programs with strategic leadership involving new technology, coordinating with multiple organizations and vendors
- Provides strategic guidance, manages stakeholders, drives automation, mentors junior PMs, and presents to executives
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred
