Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in a STEM related field and a minimum of 5 years related experience, or a Masters Degree in a STEM related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience for Principal position
  • Bachelors Degree in a STEM related field and a minimum of 8 years related experience, or a Masters Degree in a STEM related field and a minimum of 6 years related experience for Sr. Principal position
  • Ability up to 10% travel domestically if needed
  • Electronic and/or RF experience
  • Must have an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance with investigation within 5 years
  • Ability to frequently move and position objects weighing 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift

Responsibilities

  • Installs, operates, maintains, repairs, and modifies equipment
  • Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations
  • Analyze and evaluates products and related performance
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time
  • Utilize knowledge, special test equipment (STE), and instrumented data to troubleshoot/repair hardware failures
  • Install, upgrades, and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change
  • Maintains effective customer communications and relations
  • May provide onsite training of customer support personnel
  • Maintain effective customer communications, interact independently with customers, and ensure coordinative engineering field changes
  • Will be responsible for generating weekly status reports documenting test events and anomalies warranting further investigation for both customers and internal management
  • Will start as first shift, then transition to second shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • U.S. military electronic school in electronic warfare and/or radar
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • Electronic Warfare experience
  • Unix/Linux experience in terms of command line use
  • High degree of aptitude in hardware troubleshooting
  • Test Equipment experience such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, Wireshark, and power meter is desired
