Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM related field and a minimum of 5 years related experience, or a Masters Degree in a STEM related field and a minimum of 3 years related experience for Principal position
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM related field and a minimum of 8 years related experience, or a Masters Degree in a STEM related field and a minimum of 6 years related experience for Sr. Principal position
- Ability up to 10% travel domestically if needed
- Electronic and/or RF experience
- Must have an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance with investigation within 5 years
- Ability to frequently move and position objects weighing 50 lbs
- Must be able to work 2nd shift
Responsibilities
- Installs, operates, maintains, repairs, and modifies equipment
- Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations
- Analyze and evaluates products and related performance
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time
- Utilize knowledge, special test equipment (STE), and instrumented data to troubleshoot/repair hardware failures
- Install, upgrades, and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change
- Maintains effective customer communications and relations
- May provide onsite training of customer support personnel
- Maintain effective customer communications, interact independently with customers, and ensure coordinative engineering field changes
- Will be responsible for generating weekly status reports documenting test events and anomalies warranting further investigation for both customers and internal management
- Will start as first shift, then transition to second shift
Preferred Qualifications
- U.S. military electronic school in electronic warfare and/or radar
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Electronic Warfare experience
- Unix/Linux experience in terms of command line use
- High degree of aptitude in hardware troubleshooting
- Test Equipment experience such as oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, Wireshark, and power meter is desired
