Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in fintech, with a focus on risk management (fraud, credit, compliance). SaaS industry experience is a plus.
- Proven success building enterprise scale risk platforms and delivering high-impact products with seamless customer experiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations, ideally within risk management or payments.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and product strategy.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and managing end-to-end product development cycles.

- Scale for Growth: Focus on building a best-in-class scalable risk platform that supports multiple payment products and handles rising transaction volumes, paving the way for innovation and expansion across all risk vectors.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure our core platform enables products that provide exceptional, seamless, and intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Lead and work with product, engineering, design, and business teams to deliver platform solutions that enhance the entire product ecosystem, ensuring alignment across the organization.
