Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management
- 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
Responsibilities
- Conduct activities for product/feature analytics with an understanding of simple trends/insights
- Build and maintain consistent relationships with customers and proactively identify customer needs
- Develop and own roadmaps across a complex product
- Own a complex customer problem and/or product requirement/need
- Communicate in stakeholder meetings involving multiple teams
- Drive business and user acceptance testing for complex products
- Demonstrate awareness of various principles, ways of working, and subdomain specific terminologies across multiple subdomains
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager
- Supervisory experience
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
