Requirements
- Strong technical, product management skills
- Business and strategic acumen
- 15+ years of experience in product management
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based products
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
Responsibilities
- Own product definition and requirements for tools that automate and orchestrate workflows and operations for sales activities
- Be responsible for coordinating process changes with sales and other functions as needed
- Function as the liaison between Snowflake’s product teams and sales processes, tooling and operations
- Directly work with CEO, CRO and other leaders in the Executive LT as well as work across various product/engineering teams, marketing teams, finance, sales & operations
- Create a strong northstar vision and execute against it to drive proactive customer health outcomes through cloud services, processes, and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience executing a vision from start to finish
- Strong interest in cloud and data technologies
- Experience with various cloud partners
- Proven expertise in understanding the voice of the customer
- Demonstrated track record of shipping successful offerings in the cloud
- Prior experience working with database systems is considered a plus
