Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience (3 years with a Master’s degree)
- Ability to understand and apply an established proposal process
- Experience reviewing and understanding competitive U.S. Government customer RFPs and developing compliant and compelling proposal deliverables
- Persistence and tenacity to meet deadlines in a challenging, deadline-driven, multi-tasking environment
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Team communication, collaboration, and leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Active TS/SCI clearance at the time of application
Responsibilities
- Support the development of efficient and effective proposal execution plans in response to solicitations from U.S. Government customers
- Lead and support collaborative, engaged teams to develop, review, and submit proposals that effectively represent our strategy and baseline while eliminating non-compliances and limiting weaknesses
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with U.S. space systems-related customers and proposals
- Experience in training and coaching others
