Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with 5 years of related experience; Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with 3 years of experience; or PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field with 0 years of related experience
- Direct semiconductor RF test engineering experience
- Direct experience in leading a team of engineers
- Software skills in a modern language such as C#, Python, C++ or Java
- US Citizenship Required
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of RF test for multiple technologies including GaN, GaAs, SiGe and SiC
- Understand test requirements and document test plans
- Develop necessary software and hardware solutions
- Manage daily and forward-looking test scheduling
- Ensure test data integrity and equipment/software improvements
- Support the procurement of test equipment
- Ensure configuration control of test software and hardware
- Maintain test quality and documentation quality
- Oversee test equipment calibration and compliance to customer documents (e.g., Source Control Documents)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wafer or die testing.
- Direct hands-on experience building/repairing/tuning RF test hardware
- Direct experience in preparing and presenting presentations to cross-functional teams
