Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive full-stack software engineering experience
- 5+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of software systems
- Very clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Clear understanding of event driven or distributed systems with high availability
- Deep experience with cloud engineering with AWS experience
- Experience with financial APIs or bespoke non-API integrations
- Experience with Java Spring, Python or Rust, SQL databases, ReactJS, and REST or RPC APIs
Responsibilities
- Delivery of end-to-end architecture and implementation of new Fixed Income trading systems
- Reporting & Analytics Integrations
- Thorough test implementations
- CI/CD Configuration and implementation of modern and efficient paradigms in systems and code
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive full stack software engineering experience
- 6+ years of experience contributing to architecture and design of software systems
- AWS Certifications, such as Solutions Architect, Developer or other Associate/Professional level certifications
- Experience with technology solutions for transacting fixed income financial products
- Experience promoting best practices and mentoring colleagues across an organization
