Requirements
- 12+ years of proven experience in online systems
- 5+ years in a technical leadership role
- Online game architecture experience demonstrating success with scalability, reliability, and live ops
- Strong coding experience
- Love for video games (not just ours!)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, execution, and launch of online features for the WWE 2K franchise
- Execute features with complex requirements – ensuring expected results, needs, and dependencies are known, planned and accounted for
- Lead by example by being hands-on with code and implementation, effectively balancing this with driving high level vision and motivating and guiding team members
- Work closely with the engineering team and production to manage multiple goals, priorities, and resources
- Drive automation, testing, and the streamlining and consolidation of complex overlapping systems
- Establish and maintain an atmosphere of high standards and accountability
