Requirements

- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with a significant and demonstrable track record of driving substantial demand generation and revenue growth at a strategic level
- A history of developing and implementing innovative and impactful marketing strategies that have resulted in significant business outcomes
- Proven expertise in developing and executing complex, high-impact marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to develop and own strategic demand generation plans for both direct and channel sales models
- Deep understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline management strategies
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to and influence executive audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated success in identifying, recruiting, and producing high-impact customer testimonials, including cultivating relationships with executive-level customer advocates
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex market dynamics and data into actionable, long-term revenue growth strategies

Responsibilities
- Define and champion the long-term strategic vision for demand generation across both direct and channel markets for Payzer, anticipating market trends and driving innovative approaches to pipeline acceleration and revenue generation
- Architect and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy for both direct and channel markets for Payzer, driving significant pipeline growth and revenue generation
- Architect and own the overarching revenue marketing strategy, driving significant pipeline growth and revenue generation
- Define and lead the strategy for customer testimonial campaigns, transforming customer success into powerful market drivers
- Leverage advanced analytics to optimize marketing performance and drive continuous improvement in customer journeys
- Serve as a strategic partner to sales and product teams, influencing revenue strategies and driving alignment
- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation and growth marketing strategies, driving measurable improvements in pipeline and revenue
- Define and execute a strategic customer storytelling program, identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and producing high-impact customer testimonials
- Own and manage the marketing pipeline, driving year-over-year growth through strategic campaign development and execution
- Develop and deliver strategic sales enablement resources, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts
