Requirements

- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, data models, or complex data-driven systems; experience working with enterprise customers or data-intensive products is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize customer feedback and market trends into actionable product plans.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams, including engineering, AI/ML, design, and commercial stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable, and accurate data solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, and data operations teams to develop and execute the product roadmap for Altana’s graph, which powers the platform’s value chain management capabilities.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of knowledge graph enrichments and data quality improvements informed by customer data and platform user actions.
- Establish and monitor data quality, coverage, and reliability standards to meet evolving customer requirements.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and market trends to inform feature development and prioritization.
- Partner with application product managers to connect underlying data infrastructure with customer-facing experiences, ensuring seamless integration and usability.
- Support go-to-market teams by articulating the value propositions of the graph product and providing input on customer use cases, product positioning, and feature demonstrations.
- Serve as a key contributor to a customer-focused product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across engineering and commercial teams.
Preferred Qualifications
