Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of working directly with multiple software engineering teams
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion
Responsibilities
- Lead the innovative products’ development end to end from ideation to launch
- Work closely with architects, engineering, product, design and business leaders to ensure the successful completion of these programs
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Remitly, ensuring alignment on deliverables, roles, responsibilities, and project cadences
- Create prioritization tradeoffs and plans with appropriate milestones for advance planning and executive buy-in
- Manage dependencies and risks related to the program
- Keep partners and leaders informed of progress or changes to scope and project schedule
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization
- Define and report key results and performance metrics
- Assess bottlenecks in work processes to streamline and simplify workflow
