Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 3 years as a Principal, Technical Program Manager in the customer data, IAM, and privacy domains.
- Strong understanding of at least one of the following data technologies: Data ingestion, data lakes, data warehouse, graphs, identity resolution, analytics, self-serve portals, data clean room.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, prioritization, and implementation of CDI programs, ensuring alignment between CDI roadmap and cross-functional dependencies and business goals.
- Implement and lead metrics-driven program management using OKRs, KPIs, and SLOs, while monitoring progress, tracking dependencies, and addressing risks and alignment issues.
- Stay informed on innovations, trends, and emerging technologies in the digital identity space, integrating relevant advancements into our offerings.
- Champion process enhancements to boost oversight, awareness, impact, and adoption, while improving quality and efficiency through collaboration with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
