Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Less than 2 years Private Banking or Commercial Banking with credit knowledge
- Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable
Responsibilities
- Underwrite and manage a portfolio of professional service firms, professional practices, private banking, commercial and commercial real estate relationships
- Analyze financial data to determine the merits of loan requests, recommend structure, and ensure compliance with Associated Bank credit policy and guidelines
- Prepare credit presentations for existing and prospective borrowers
- Monitor loan repayment activities and financial condition of borrowing clients
- Prepare annual reviews and Dual Risk Rating verifications on all credit facilities
- Actively participate in meetings with Relationship Managers, Assistants, Team Leads and internal Business Partners
- Prepare Private Banking performance relative to portfolio administration through the use of various monthly and quarterly reports
- Responsible for identifying cross sales opportunities of all bank services
