Privilege Access Management Ops Lead

Requirements

• Graduation in Computer science or equivalent
• 10+ years of working experience in PAM tools
• Windows Power Broker, ADP Portal for Windows Administration, CyberArk EPM
• Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work in shifts

Responsibilities

• Configure Active Directory Policies to manage access on protected target systems
• 24X7 Operations Support, willingness to work in Shifts / weekends
• Windows Power Broker and GPO provisioning for Human and Non Human accounts
• ADP Portal for Windows Administration
• Development of Power shell scripts to do automation as per the project requirements
• Organize and coordinating meetings with the application teams to resolve application issues
• Analyze, Configure and Deploy privilege security controls using Cyberark EPM
• Drive external dependencies through process and relationship to ensure project is delivered within schedule
• Fix issues reported by users for the supported products over emails, SNOW tickets and over Major Incident calls
• Perform root cause analysis of major incidents

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience at State Street is highly preferred, especially support roles
