Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Typically, 8+ years of progressive quality assurance experience, which includes 4+ years of management experience
- Current Six Sigma Green or Black certification preferred (or, must be willing to immediately take steps to attain)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies and initiatives across all areas of the IAS Business Area
- Collaborate with departmental leaders and stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other CI tools to analyze processes, identify root causes of issues, and develop solutions
- Conduct performance assessments to monitor progress and identify areas for further improvement
- Facilitate new processes, improved workflows, and systems to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality
- Provide training and guidance to employees on continuous improvement principles and methodologies
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to process improvement initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CI and incorporate relevant knowledge into our processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & CMMI process standards
- Experience with program management processes, standards & certification
