Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience in spreadsheet modeling (slide creations, data visualization) and presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish or Portuguese fluently to support LATAM relationships.
Responsibilities
- Set the Go-To-Market strategy for our Americas Partner Sales efforts, including influencing cross-functional senior stakeholders, and driving execution on product and business priorities.
- Work cross-functionally with Content Partnerships, Product Managers, Finance, and more to shape Partner Sales product strategy, craft Go-To-Market strategies, develop comms for new products, and synthesize global market feedback.
- Develop insights reports that highlight the user and partner issues and business opportunities that product should prioritize.
- Perform C-level presentations for major program updates or decision points.
- Work with evaluation and internal approval processes.

- Strong project management skills, and experience managing complex projects across multiple functions and product areas.
- Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem (viewers, creators, advertisers) and products.
- Expertise with or an understanding of ad sales business models.
- Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, and impeccable business judgment.
- Investigative mindset, strong strategic thinking, clear communication, attention to detail and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills; synthesizing user feedback into finding products that can use and translate complex product offerings simply for users.
