Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer. Bonus points if you’re a musician, have worked in the music industry, or have experience with music production software.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional UX craft, product vision, systems thinking, and prototyping skills.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end design process—from uncovering customer needs to deliver outstanding user experiences that balances with business goals.
- Excellent storytelling skills, with a ‘show, don’t tell’ approach to aligning teams around solving customer problems.
- Experience designing for consumer products across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Eagerness to learn and grow—especially in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to boost workflow efficiency and enhance team operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to craft high-quality designs that elevate the overall product experience for our customers.
- Own complex design initiatives from start to finish.
- Promote design excellence through mentorship, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain a principled, customer-centric approach throughout each project, using data, insights, and experience to inform decisions.
- Experiment with new design tools, methodologies, and approaches to improve the design process and inspire creativity.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and creativity, and build connections across teams and disciplines to continuously ship new features to our customers.
