Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience
- Significant experience in product management
- Knowledge of Cash Management and/or Liquidity Management and/or banking DDA platforms expectations and/or Payments systems
- Knowledge of agile product development methodologies and tools a plus
- Understanding of business process re-engineering will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to influence others including senior stakeholders without direct reporting line
- Comfortable with performing data investigations that require a high degree of accuracy with tight timescales
- Creative, independent, highly motivated
- Organizational skills and the ability to drive complex projects
- Ability to interact effectively, with clients, business partners, senior management
- Self-aware with ability to adapt to various situations, rapidly assimilate and report on complex information while creating a future vision

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for physical cash concentration products in LATAM
- Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM cash management landscape, including client needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, including sales, client service, and operations
- Identify and analyze product-related opportunities
- Proactively communicate product updates, market trends, and competitive insights to relevant stakeholders
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new cash concentration products and features, from ideation to launch
- Collaborate closely with technology, operations, legal, compliance, and other local and global stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and define user stories to guide development sprints
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and training materials to educate stakeholders on product capabilities and enhancements
- Collaborate with regional teams to tailor product offerings and go-to-market strategies for specific LATAM markets
- Support the migration of clients to new and enhanced cash concentration platforms
- Continuously seek ways to improve product performance, efficiency, and client experience
