Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited 4-year institution. This opportunity is open to all undergraduate students, from first-year students to seniors.
- Must be able to work five days per week, in person, at our Boston Seaport office from early July to late December.
- Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
- Ability to conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and identify trends.
- Demonstrated interest in science and innovation, with a passion for developing new products and exploring industry trends.

Responsibilities
- Engage in in-depth research and innovative thinking to identify market trends and help create new products that address consumer needs and preferences.
- Analyze the competitive landscape using various data sources to conduct thorough competitive analyses and inform strategic product development.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings with key external partners, tracking project progress, documenting detailed notes, and ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Oversee the testing of new products, collect and analyze feedback, and communicate findings to external partners to refine and enhance product offerings.
- Assist in formulating unique and effective product formulas, ensuring that all supplement fact panels meet regulatory standards and reflect product innovation.
- Review and verify testing documentation to confirm product safety and accuracy of labels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Partner closely with the Supply Chain and Marketing teams to facilitate smooth project execution and accelerate the launch of new products to the market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Nutrition, or a related discipline) with a strong interest in research, product development, and innovation.
