Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an engineer
- Experience with Elixir, Phoenix, PostGIS
- Experience with geographic or real estate data is a big plus
- Self-directed and carries a sense of urgency
- Ability to identify and prioritize needs
Responsibilities
- Design the technical underpinnings of Roam’s assumable mortgage products
- Be directly responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale technical efforts
- Act as a technical mentor and leader for other engineers
- Build and develop a team
- Work cross-functionally and earn trust from co-workers at all levels
