Requirements

Responsibilities
- Support product teams to ensure item information maintains a high level of accuracy and does not conflict with business rules.
- Trouble shoot for solutions to support stores, vendors, warehouses, and corporate associates in product information applications.
- Review and update data entered into Michaels’ item induction application databases for content accuracy.
- Provide English item descriptions for translation services.
- Create and maintain user access and document training in SPEDY.
- Participate in additional projects that integrate existing processes and systems with evolving Michaels’ business rules and initiatives.
- Execute a variety of administrative tasks to assist and support our stores, product, tech, and vendor partners.
- Handle various administrative duties assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Responsible for reviewing the Vendor Set Up packet for accuracy and completeness and submitting to Vendor Setup teams for processing.
- Research within the vendor file library to provide corresponding documentation for requests by legal and product sourcing teams.
- Document and validate tasks via multiple platforms.
