Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- A track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise products
- A strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and deployment requirements
- Experience managing and mentoring product managers
- Ability to collaborate well cross-functionally—especially with GTM, design, and engineering teams
- Experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making
- Commitment to building diverse and inclusive product teams
- Champion of the customer, while remaining focused on delivering significant business impact
Responsibilities
- Define and drive Notion’s enterprise product strategy
- Develop and execute a roadmap that empowers large organizations to scale with confidence
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to build enterprise-grade security features
- Drive the development of scalable systems for user management, team collaboration, and enterprise analytics
- Expand Notion’s integrations and extensibility features
- Be a champion for a seamless and delightful enterprise experience across the company
- Partner closely with GTM teams to understand enterprise requirements and support strategic customer deals
- Engage deeply with Notion’s admin and developer communities to understand their challenges and workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- A Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
- Experience working in a startup
- Familiarity with computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others
