Product Line Value Stream Senior Manager

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsible for program execution, ensuring adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility
Identifies risks and opportunities, develops mitigations and recommendations to achieve customer satisfaction, cost, and performance goals
Participates in and leads the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, commerciality justification, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization’s interests
Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business and prepares and presents value-stream strategy, progress, and results
Drives the next generation technology projects to support all customers
Ability to travel nationally/internationally as needed up to 10%

Technical background, i.e. engineering, quality, etc.
Lean manufacturing/six sigma/ACE/CORE
Negotiation and change management experience
Manufacturing life cycle, CMS processes
Interpreting aerospace and U.S. government requirements, specifications, and contracts
SAP and MS Project
PMP Certification or equivalent
