Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required
- Understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for electric vehicles and a commitment to sustainable transportation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing product strategies for FX products, aligning with Faraday Future’s overall vision and market demands.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer feedback collection to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the electric vehicle market.
- Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, testing, and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product development and market introduction.
- Advocate for the end-user by prioritizing user experience and functionality in product development, ensuring that FX products meet customer needs and preferences.
- Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and partners.
- Ensure that all products comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in the U.S. market.
- Involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and partners in China. This is essential for successful collaboration and ensuring the effectiveness of project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
