3-5 years of excelling against performance metrics in a Product role.

Craft and steward a forward-looking product strategy and roadmap, aligning with Trimble’s overarching business goals.
Champion your product vision across executive levels and functional teams, ensuring alignment and excitement around set milestones.
Oversee product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and engineers to ensure market-fit and user-centric designs.
Work closely with Engineering, including in quarterly planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning and daily standups to break down work into functional and non-functional requirements.
Rigorously analyze product performance, aligning outcomes with business objectives and swiftly addressing any deviations.
Act as a linchpin between various teams, facilitating seamless communication and synchronized efforts towards common goals.
