Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consumer mobile product management, preferably within the dating space.
- Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies that drive significant user and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize sprint planning in collaboration with the development team.
- Ensure that requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria are well-defined.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to maintain sprint health and ensure smooth execution whilst communicating this consistently to all teams.
- Track progress, surface risks, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Define clear and detailed acceptance criteria for User Stories to ensure alignment with product goals.
- Work closely with engineers to break down requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Ensure that all acceptance criteria are well-documented and easily understood by the engineering team.
- Conduct QA testing to validate that features meet acceptance criteria before release.
- Work with engineers and designers to identify and fix usability issues, edge cases, and defects.
- Ensure early communication and visibility and smooth handoff to customer support and marketing for new feature rollouts.
- Provide regular updates on sprint progress, key decisions, and release timelines to relevant teams.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment.
- Be constantly and consistently updating specs in Notion and team knowledge in slack based on revisions and agreements during the product cycle.
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and syncs as needed.
