Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a culture of excellence.
  • Proven track record of developing creative solutions to business challenges and owning those solutions from ideation through execution.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a proven track record of documenting and presenting your ideas and strategies to partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing software products with teams of software engineers and product designers with an emphasis on timeliness of delivery and quality.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience managing, building, launching and designing products at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver product roadmap.
  • Experience working in a Financial services, digital product management and/or a highly regulated industry
  • Experience with managing SDLC and tools like Asana, Jira, Figma as well as development of Launch plans.

Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with our offers across tax, wealth and growth, Engineering and Product, help to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Envision and build new product features and strategies with support from cross-functional partners and stakeholders:
  • Define hypotheses and experiments that produce potential asymmetric payoffs.
  • Evangelize and build consensus with executives, colleagues, and third-parties.
  • Represent business interests during design and development phases.
  • Identify and prioritize requirements from users and the product team, define KPIs, and track and optimize performance and define success
  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop launch plans and ensure readiness of various partners.
  • Organize and prioritize the product team’s work, reorganizing if necessary.
  • Communicate project statuses and resolve issues, ensuring high quality solutions are delivered on time.
  • Track and optimize results and make recommendations for product enhancements or other improvements
  • Enhance existing operational processes to support scale in existing products through technology enabled solutions.
  • Assess and track best in class product features and market analysis to support prioritization of the product roadmap
  • Participate in integration of acquisitions as part of the Product Roadmap.
