Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience at a fast paced environment
- Strong track record of building and shipping successful products at operationally intensive companies with complex business workflows
- Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders
- Detail Oriented and Systems thinking approach to problem solving
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the strategy and roadmap across CloudTruck’s core customer-facing products, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
- Partner with the design and engineering teams to enable them to build the best solutions for customers.
- Conduct interviews with customers to better understand and anticipate their needs and work closely with the engineering and design teams to develop new features and products to serve those needs.
- Set clear goals and metrics for the team as well as new products and features and be held accountable to achieving them.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Safety and Finance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a startup founder or on a growth team is a plus
