Requirements
- Demonstrated experience (at least 3 years) as a product manager
- Demonstrated experience and interest in user experience or product design
- Demonstrated success scaling a product (1 to n)
- Strong problem identification and analytical skills to understand data and customer needs, ability to quickly distill complex discussions down to specific problems
- Customer-centric mindset and empathy for the user experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- A data-driven approach to decision-making
- Comfortable and excited to build, grow, and evolve new teams and capabilities within a fast moving start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Define common user workflows and identify pain points in the current product experience, focusing on Altana’s enterprise customers
- Leverage data to assess, evaluate, and prioritize improvements to the enterprise user experience
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to scope and implement solutions that improve the enterprise user experience
- Monitor and regularly report on user adoption across the enterprise product
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience building B2B products and/or collaborative workflows
