Requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Drive innovation by conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies and customer needs.
  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and define initiative phases which maximize the balance between value and speed to market.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business priorities and technical feasibility.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders, including executives, engineering teams, sales/marketing, and customer support.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product design, working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and apply data-driven insights to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product features.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying informed about changes in financial regulations.
  • Lead go-to-market and operational readiness activities, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure launched products can be priced, promoted, implemented, and operated smoothly.
  • Recommend, negotiate, and manage supply chain partner agreements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments or fintech industry.
  • Experience with B2B2C and multi-step distribution channels preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of fintech trends, integration partners and regulatory landscape highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
